Nepal Flash Flood Live Updates: Tunnel rescue teams race to save 900 likely trapped at hydropower sites

As the death toll from Nepal's flash flood surpasses 1,000, rescue efforts are intensifying to reach workers who may be trapped inside tunnels at hydropower sites. Approximately 4,000 individuals remain missing following the catastrophic downpour, with 900 hydropower workers believed to be stranded in 12 projects, potentially hundreds of them in underground tunnels.
