Nashik: Ganesh Mandals To Get Online Permissions, No More Rounds of Government Offices

Nashik is set to launch an online permission system for public Ganesh mandals ahead of the upcoming Ganesh festival, according to the city administration. The new system is designed to streamline the approval process, which currently requires mandal office-bearers to visit multiple government offices for separate permissions.

Under the proposed online system, mandals will submit all necessary information and documents electronically. These applications will be reviewed by the relevant departments, and once all conditions are met, permissions will be issued digitally. This move is anticipated to save significant time and effort for mandal representatives, who previously had to submit multiple applications to various departments such as the police, municipal corporation, fire brigade and electricity distribution authorities.
