Man accused of killing Charlie Kirk to face murder trial and possible death penalty
A judge in the US state of Utah has ruled that the man accused of shooting far-right activist Charlie Kirk will face trial for murder. Tyler James Robinson, 23, is accused of fatally shooting Kirk in the neck during a rally at a Utah college campus in September 2025, allegedly because he was 'fed up' with the 'hate' Kirk spread.
