Fayose blasts London-based Nigerians supporting Tinubu

Isaac Fayose, nephew of the late Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has expressed harsh criticism towards London-based Nigerians who are backing President Bola Tinubu. In a video posted on his official Facebook page, Fayose questioned their presence in the UK if Tinubu were genuinely successful. He pointed out that many of these supporters have family members residing abroad.

Fayose pointed out, “If Tinubu is doing so well, then why are you here in the UK, frantically trying to secure residency for yourself and your loved ones?” He also remarked on the President’s own need to leave Nigeria frequently for medical treatments, stating, “Even the President himself can’t stay in Nigeria for three months without venturing abroad for medication and fresh air.”

Furthermore, Fayose condemned the current state of Nigeria, noting, “Go to hospitals in Lagos, and you will witness the plight of the people there. A staggering 71% of our population has plunged into poverty, yet you remain in the UK or the US, claiming it’s all because of Tinubu.”
