This is due to general optimisation improvements and new rendering features, which give the game more hardware budget for enhanced assets and textures, without consuming excessive RAM.

The Remastered version boasts improved systems that work faster, allowing for a more beautiful image with the same resource cost. This sentiment applies to other platforms like the Nintendo Switch 2, where the Remastered game will also perform well.
