Man City sign Palmeiras winger Allan for £34m

Manchester City have secured Brazilian winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras in a £34.2 million deal. The 22-year-old Brazilian will sign a five-year contract with the club. Allen replaces Savio, who recently moved to Tottenham Hotspur for a £75 million fee. Allen, who has scored nine goals and provided 12 assists in 96 appearances for Palmeiras, expressed his pride in joining Manchester City, a club renowned for its success over the past 15 years.

He stated that joining the club was the proudest moment of his life and that he wants to be the best footballer he can be by playing for City. This signing is part of Manchester City's busy summer transfer window, where they have spent over £230 million so far, including the acquisitions of Elliot Anderson and Ayyoub Bouaddi. City are also in talks with Liverpool over a move for Dutch forward Cody Gakpo and are interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

However, they have made significant sales, including Rodri's £65 million move to Barcelona and Reijnders' £52 million transfer to Al-Qadsiah.
