Man City agree £65m deal for Everton's Ndiaye

Manchester City have reached a deal to sign Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye for a fee of up to £65 million, according to wire reports. The Senegal player's contract with City includes a base fee of £60 million and the potential for additional add-ons worth £5 million. The transfer came about after Tottenham Hotspur's initial interest in signing Everton forward Richarlison fell through due to disagreements over personal terms.

On Monday, Richarlison posted an emotional statement on Instagram, expressing his intention to return to Everton, the club where he had previously found happiness. Despite the recent transfer turmoil, Tottenham are now in discussions to sign Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk on a season-long loan. Meanwhile, Manchester City's pursuit of Liverpool's Cody Gakpo saw delays when Liverpool signed France forward Bradley Barcola for a fee of up to £123 million.

Liverpool now aims to keep Gakpo, 27, unless they can finalize another attacking player transfer before Tuesday's transfer deadline.
