Leading the pack in AI hiring is Cognizant, an IT services giant with a full-stack AI engineer opening across multiple India locations. The role comes with a lucrative pay package of up to Rs. 18 lakh annually. Another notable hiring is at 100ms, a Bengaluru-based startup developing real-time video infrastructure. They are looking for an AI engineer to build AI agents for healthcare applications, focusing on evaluation systems and feedback loops to improve reliability over time.

Likewise, Capgemini in Pune is hiring a GenAI and agentic AI engineer to advise clients on data-driven solutions, blending deep data science expertise with strategic consulting.

Meanwhile, cloud automation and cybersecurity roles are also experiencing high demand. EPAM Systems in Hyderabad is seeking a cloud automation engineer with expertise in DevOps, AI/ML, and generative AI tooling.
