Así son las nuevas 'branded residences' de Four Seasons en el Mar Rojo

Four Seasons and Red Sea Global have unveiled two new branded residences on the Red Sea, near the city of Amaala. Located within the exclusive Amaala development, these properties comprise 26 luxurious villas, ranging from three to six bedrooms and spanning 552 to over 1,042 square meters. Each villa boasts a private swimming pool and sea views. Designed by U+A Architects and decorated by Goddard Littlefair, they are on sale for an average price of 9.9 million euros.

These villas are situated within the Four Seasons resort, which opened its doors in June. Owners will have access to a range of amenities, including wellness programs, a spa, sports facilities, medical diagnostics, and therapeutic plans. Additionally, they can enjoy water activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, foiling, and kite surfing, as well as terrestrial activities like hiking, climbing, and stargazing at the Amaala Yacht Club.

The complex also features a 5-kilometer shaded linear park (Wellness Route), waterfront restaurants, and a shopping area in Marina Village.

Meanwhile, Red Sea Global is collaborating with Four Seasons to develop another branded residences project on Shura Island, located off the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia in Tabuk province. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge. These villas will be part of a resort that opened in May, surrounded by water on three sides and featuring a 1.3-kilometer beach.

The villas, designed by Foster + Partners and furnished by Goddard Littlefair, offer private pools, gardens, and sea views. Located between Four Seasons Resort and the 18-hole Shura Links golf course, they provide access to a exclusive golf club with fitness facilities, a pool, and a restaurant. They also have the option to enjoy Corallium, a marine research institute.

Prices for these properties range from 2.5 to 7.5 million euros. Both projects offer premium services, such as butlers, cleaning, private chefs, catering, home spa, gardening, laundry, and privileged access to an integrated wellness and hospitality ecosystem within the resorts.
