3-year-old tied to chair, kicked and sexually assaulted at Delhi playschool
A young boy allegedly faced physical and sexual assault at a Delhi playschool. CCTV footage purportedly shows him being tied and kicked by school staff. Police have registered a case under Pocso Act and BNS against school officials. The Directorate of Education has also ordered a thorough inquiry into the incident. The child's father reported the abuse after noticing concerning behavioral changes.
