Russo-Ukrainian war, day 1649: Russia keeps Kyiv under fire for a fourth day as Ukraine tests new interceptors and strikes back at Russian oil

On the 1649th day of the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, Russian forces continue to bombard Kyiv for the fourth consecutive day. Ukrainian forces have devised five methods to counter Russia's Iskander missiles, but only one method arrives in time for the grid strikes. Ukraine has constructed about 80 Armata tanks, though their origins remain unclear.
