Iran's supreme leader calls for Muslim unity against US and Israel, and other Mideast news

Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, has urged Muslim countries to unite against the United States and Israel, calling them enemies of all Islamic nations. The U.S. and Israel have been at war with Iran for six months, resulting in the deaths of Khamenei's father and other senior leaders. However, Khamenei remains unseen publicly.

In the Strait of Hormuz, a tanker vessel was struck by an unknown projectile, but no casualties or environmental impact were reported. Israel's Shin Bet security agency evacuated the prime minister's oldest son, Yair Netanyahu, from the United States due to a threat against him. Netanyahu recently claimed that Iran had attempted to kill one of his sons, though his office declined to comment.
