Rao pointed out that about 5.11 lakh differently-abled persons were residing in the state, and the dues for the enhanced monthly pension for the past 33 months amounted to ₹66,000 per person.
Despite the government earning ₹30,000 crore from the sale of lands, they did not enhance the pension even slightly. Rao urged the government to address these issues and ensure the welfare of the disabled community.
