AG says Lahad Datu trial shows how justice system safeguards national sovereignty

On August 29, the Attorney General of Malaysia, Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar, reflected on the 2013 Lahad Datu armed intrusion trial, which resulted in the death sentences of seven individuals, including the nephew of Jamalul Kiram, for waging war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
