Woman, 73, dies after being stabbed in London, Ont., home invasion

London police have reported that a 73-year-old woman has passed away following a home invasion where she was stabbed. The incident occurred during a weekend break-in at the woman's residence. According to police, a man entered the home on Saturday morning, stabbed the elderly woman, and assaulted her. He was subsequently arrested, and while resisting, threw broken glass at responding officers, resulting in one officer suffering minor injuries.
