Motive and Highway Restore ELD Data Access After Integration Dispute

Highway and Motive have reached an agreement to restore access to electronic logging device data belonging to Motive customers. This interruption in service began earlier after Motive limited the application programming interface connection between the two platforms, indicating that Highway would need to compensate Motive for the data.

Both companies have stated that they are working together to ensure uninterrupted service for carriers and brokers that rely on both platforms. The dispute arose when Motive imposed new limits on the existing integration, limiting API access and affecting Highway's ability to provide location-based Load Lock Alerts and Performance Guarantee coverage for loads hauled by Motive carriers.
