Sports Direct founder Mike Ashley attacks Burnham's 'populist' High Street plans

Sports Direct founder Mike Ashley has harshly criticized Prime Minister Andy Burnham's cost of living and retail policies, labeling them as populist. He urges Burnham to address the disastrous business rates situation and increasing employment costs in his upcoming Budget.
