Grand Theft Auto 6 30-minute teaser debuts on Netflix

Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games have released a 30-minute teaser for Grand Theft Auto 6 on Netflix. The teaser initially caused some technical issues on Netflix's website but quickly recovered. The trailer showcased the game's story, combat, voice acting, world, vehicle mechanics, soundtrack featuring artists like Depeche Mode and Cliff Richard, and the return of six-star wanted levels.

IGN reports that the game may also include more challenging car-jacking and an in-game relationship system. According to Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick, this partnership is just one of several marketing strategies for the game, which is set to launch on November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Recently, the hacker group CyberLeek started leaking GTA 6 gameplay, including mechanics, locations, and other assets, prompting Take-Two to subpoena Microsoft, Discord, and X in their investigation. Rockstar Games, the game's developer, expressed their disappointment over the leaks, stating it has been "heartbreaking" for their team. They apologize for the long wait and assure the community that they are working diligently to share more details and official gameplay.
