Portland, Oregon (September 10 – 16) will host town halls focusing on civic engagement and policy discussions.

Kansas (September 16 – 24) will target agricultural and business-oriented diaspora networks, while Dallas, Texas (September 24 – October 1) will feature high-level networking and major political fundraising events. The final leg of his tour, Boston, Massachusetts (October 1 – 9), will culminate in a major rally with academics, professionals, and policy analysts.

Political analysts view Gachagua's prolonged overseas trip as a calculated move to gain the physical and mental space needed to map out critical presidential campaign strategies without the influence of local pressures.
