AWS Acquires DuckDB

AWS has officially announced the acquisition of DuckLabs, the company behind the popular open-source data analysis tool DuckDB. The acquisition is expected to take effect in early September, with the DuckLabs team remaining in Amsterdam and continuing their work on DuckDB, DuckLake, Quack, and the broader "Duck Stack" community.
