Ronke Oshodi-Oke defends accepting cash to support political figures

Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke, widely known as Ronke Oshodi-Oke, has defended her stance on accepting money to support political figures in Nigeria. In an interview with African A-List, the actress expressed her understanding that people may not approve of her actions, but she emphasized that her primary motivation was to make a living.

She urged those who may see her around political figures not to insult or criticize her for it. Oshodi-Oke revealed that she had a disagreement with fellow actress Sotayo Gaga, but their relationship was not hostile. When Sotayo heard that Oshodi-Oke was unwell, she sent her N150,000 to help. The actress also opened up about her health challenges, marriage struggles, and her journey in the Nigerian film industry.
