Reental compra un palacio en el Pirineo aragonés para apartamentos de lujo

Spanish real estate firm Reental has purchased a 16th-century palace in the Aragonese Pyrenees, known as Casa Anglada, for 1.5 million euros. The company intends to invest a similar sum in converting the historic building into four luxury apartments and offering it on its platform for tokenized property projects.

Casa Anglada, located in the historic center of Benasque in the Benasque Valley, boasts a prime mountain location near the Cerler ski station. This strategic positioning allows for demand throughout the year, with skiing opportunities in winter and mountain and nature activities in summer.

Reental estimates that the Casa Anglada project will be consolidated and rented out within 12 months, generating a return on investment of 15% to 11% for its shareholders. The company's CEO, Eric Sánchez, sees this opportunity in Benasque as a chance to cater to a strong and growing mountain tourism market in Spain, fueled by both winter sports and outdoor activities in warmer months.

Sánchez emphasizes that this acquisition is an opportunity Reental could not afford to miss, stating, "An opportunity that we cannot miss and offer to our Reental investors."
