Electronic cigarettes with replaceable reusable cartridges or refill containers make up 42% of the market, while disposable e-cigarettes account for 39%. Vapes with built-in refillable tanks constitute 21%, and those with replaceable disposable cartridges or tips represent 18%. The highest prevalence of illicit products is observed in the disposable electronic cigarette segment and among devices with replaceable cartridges or pods, with their share nearing 100%.
Two-thirds of the market in the devices, cartridges, and pods segment is dominated by Chinese brands VapeOnly, Smoore, and Woody Vapes. Approximately 75% of users purchase electronic cigarettes in physical stores, while the remaining 25% buy them online. The average daily liquid consumption is 1.7 milliliters. The research was carried out between April and May 2026, utilizing 600 interviews with regular electronic cigarette users who consume them at least once weekly.
