Nintendo Officially Reveals New Switch 2 Bundles Ahead of Console Price Hike

Nintendo has announced its first Switch 2 bundles set to launch following a price increase. Two options will be available, providing discounts on purchasing the platform with either Mario Kart World or Nintendo Switch Sports Resort. The price of Switch 2 will rise by $50 in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and mainland Europe within the next five days, with the launch price set at $499.99.

Nintendo is offering a bundle that includes the console, Mario Kart World, and three months of Nintendo Switch Online membership for $549.99, a saving of $37.98. In October, a second bundle featuring Switch 2, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and a 90-day Nintendo Switch Online subscription will be available for $529.99, saving customers $27.98.

While these bundles offer savings, purchasing a console and Mario Kart World within the next few days could provide even greater savings. Nintendo has confirmed a price increase back in May, citing market conditions and global business outlook as reasons for the hike.
