It’s PSL day—but Starbucks 2026 fall menu offers more than just Pumpkin Spice Lattes with these 6 new cozy drinks

Autumn has arrived earlier than usual, as Starbucks has announced its 2026 fall menu, starting on August 25. The beverage giant is rolling out familiar favorites alongside new concoctions. Among the returnees are the Pumpkin Spice Latte, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai. Three fresh pumpkin-based drinks have also been added to the lineup.

These include the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Cream Matcha, and Pumpkin Spice Chai. Other perennial fall items making a comeback are the Pecan Cortado and Pecan Crunch Latte, which are available both hot and iced.

Starbucks is also embracing fruity flavors this season. Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai are gaining popularity as banana is the fastest-growing beverage ingredient flavor. Alongside banana, strawberry is making its debut in the form of the Iced Chaider, a mix of chai and strawberry acai, although it is not cider-based. Among the new foods, the Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and Hedgehog Cake Pop are noteworthy additions. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, a previous hit, is back.

Starbucks customers have an array of PSL-inspired merchandise to choose from, including ceramic and glass/metallic mugs, cold and tumbler cups, a water bottle collaboration with Owala, and a baseball cap and embroidered pumpkin. These items allow fans to enjoy the PSL spirit beyond coffee time.
