Awarapan 2 box office collection day 11: Emraan Hashmi’s film eyes Rs 200 cr; is 2026’s third biggest hit

Awarapan 2, starring Emraan Hashmi and Disha Patani, has been making waves at the box office, aiming to become the third biggest hit of 2026. Despite a 68.6 percent drop in collections during its second week, the film is on track to reach the Rs 200 crore milestone worldwide. On its second Monday, Awarapan 2 generated Rs 2.75 crore net in India across 11,344 shows, with a total net collection of Rs 139 crore and a gross collection of Rs 165.75 crore.

Overseas, the film has collected Rs 30.80 crore in gross, bringing its total worldwide gross collection to Rs 196.55 crore after 11 days. Interestingly, Batwara 1947, starring Sunny Deol, faced competition from Awarapan 2 but has collected Rs 37.15 crore net and Rs 44.09 crore gross in India, with a worldwide gross of Rs 53.04 crore.

Occupancy rates for Awarapan 2 varied across cities, with the highest being 14.5 percent in Bengaluru, followed by Mumbai and Delhi NCR. The film's first part was released in 2007, grossing Rs 7.76 crores net and Rs 10.78 crores gross in India, and Rs 12.18 crores worldwide. Emraan Hashmi has spoken about evolving his career to include more substantial roles and collaborating with new people.
