In the subpoena, obtained by The Verge, Take-Two is requesting all identifying information associated with user accounts that were communicating with certain Discord servers from June 1, 2026 to the present. This information includes account IDs, registration emails, IP addresses, phone numbers, linked connections, device identifiers, and content related to GTA, Rockstar, or Cyberleek from their OneDrive account.

Discord's response to the potential subpoena has been to assure users that they have not yet been served the order, and they will evaluate the validity and scope before responding.
