List of Board of Commissioners, Directors of PT DSI

PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) has unveiled its executive leadership team. President Director Luke Thomas Mahony outlined the company's mission to oversee strategic natural resource exports and prevent under-invoicing and transfer pricing practices.

On the board of commissioners, M Syaifurrahman Noer takes up the position of President Commissioner. Noer has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, having served in various leadership roles in Spain, the USA, and Indonesia. Mari Elka Pangestu, a prominent government figure and former World Bank official, serves as a Commissioner with a strong background in development policy and national economic growth.

Tony Wenas, with over 30 years of experience in the mining sector, holds the position of Commissioner and is recognized for his strong management background. Harold Tjiptadjaja, known for his expertise in investment, M&A, and project finance, serves as Commissioner and brings over 25 years of experience to the table.

Luke Thomas Mahony, as President Director of PT Vale Indonesia, takes on the role of President Director at DSI. Sinthya Roesly, Director of Finance and Treasury, has extensive experience in infrastructure guarantee funds and eximbanks, having led the IIGF/PII and chaired Indonesia Eximbank. Nur Hidayat Udin, Director of Risk Management, brings 28 years of experience in wholesale risk management from Bank Mandiri.

Ivan Ferdiansyah Baely, Director of Legal and Compliance, is a Senior Corporate Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in private practice, government, and consulting, recognized as a top-tier legal expert in Indonesia.
