Jason Sanjay on bond with mom Sangeetha, dad Vijay: ‘She thinks about me, my sister 24/7’

Jason Sanjay, son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay, has shared intimate details about his relationships with his mother Sangeetha and sister Divya Saasha ahead of his directorial debut, Sigma. In an SS podcast interview, the 21-year-old revealed that his mother is an integral part of his life, frequently calling to check on both him and his sister.

Jason acknowledged a degree of apprehension in parent-child bonds, stating that while they are open with each other, there are certain topics he avoids discussing with his mother. His closest bond, however, is with sister Divya Saasha, whom he describes as his best friend. The siblings, now separated by distance, share a playful dynamic, using terms of endearment like 'bro' and 'anna' to communicate varying emotions.

Divya, a college student, was the first to hear the story of Sigma, and her feedback has always been candid and honest. Sigma, set to star Sundeep Kishan and produced by Lyca Productions with music by S. Thaman, marks Jason Sanjay's directorial debut.
