‘I lean left on a lot of things’: Dana White shares shocking political revelation

UFC CEO and President Dana White has been known for his association with conservative politics. However, in a recent interview with Brianna LaPaglia, White revealed a more nuanced political stance. He told LaPaglia, "I consider myself right down the middle, and I’m, I’m for common sense. Do I lean a little right right now? Yes, on some things, but I lean left on a lot of things too."

White shared an example of his liberal leanings, mentioning a post he saw from a friend, a model in New York, about President Trump's actions potentially harming endangered species. He then used AI to fact-check the information, concluding that while some changes might occur, it remains an opinion. Regarding global warming, White emphasized that it's a fact, not an opinion.

White also stated that he believes anyone who meets President Trump would leave the encounter a fan. He praised Trump, calling him a "good man," with a "good family" and an "incredible friend to me." White went on to reveal that he voted for Obama during his first presidential run, but didn't vote for him in the second term.

White's openness about his political views is not unprecedented. In June, he had mentioned that he voted for Obama during his first term. His willingness to consider different perspectives, even on controversial issues, highlights the complexity of political beliefs.
