Butler County Sports Hall of Fame has 11 new members in 2026 class

The Butler County Sports Hall of Fame has selected 11 new inductees for its 2026 class. Sean Van Winkle, president of the Butler County Sports Hall of Fame Committee, expressed excitement about the diverse range of athletes and their accomplishments from across Butler County. The inductees are:

1. Alex Davis (Garfield, 1967)

2. Meagan Dooley Dimond (Lakota West, 2006)

3. Andy Fishman (Lakota West coach)

4. Dennis Garland (Edgewood, 1975)

5. Chris Lutz (Fairfield, 1985)

6. Jalin Marshall (Middletown, 2013)

7. Seth Morris (Hamilton, 1999)

8. Tom Popplewell (Fairfield, 1986)

9. Emily Breitholle Quigley (Fairfield, 2001)

10. Keith Weiser (Talawanda, 2003)

11. Gary Weitzel (Ross coach)
