Amit Shah, the founder and CEO of wealth-tech platform Wylth, and a former CEO and board member at IIFL Capital Pte. Ltd., has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai’s Lower Parel. The entrepreneur recently acquired two luxury apartments in Kalpataru One, a prestigious development for a total of Rs 92.51 crore. The properties, situated on the 40th habitable floor of Wing A, boast an impressive combined RERA carpet area of 821.68 sq m, or 8,844 sq ft.

Each apartment features a spacious living space measuring 410.84 sq m (4,422 sq ft) and a shared open balcony area of 31.74 sq m (342 sq ft). In addition to the opulent interiors, the purchasers also received eight parking spaces, with four allocated to each apartment. This latest acquisition follows a similar purchase in July, where the family of Bharat Shah, another seasoned investor, bought four luxury apartments in the same development for approximately Rs 180 crore.
