Serangan selatan Thailand: Tiada maklumat gerila masuk Kelantan

The southern Thailand attacks have seen no evidence of a terrorist infiltration into Kelantan, according to the Tengara Southern Commander Ahmad Radzi Hussain. The security forces have heightened the level of border security, including reminding front-line personnel to remain vigilant against any attempts to cross into their territory.

He emphasized that they will take action if there is any incident or person trying to enter. Concerning cooperation with the Thai authorities, he stated that the relationship between the two countries is at its best, including through the Serantau Border Security Cooperation Platform (RBC), which serves as a channel for exchanging information related to border security.

The PGA personnel have been increasing patrols and monitoring at various locations near the Malaysia-Thai border, including the main route leading to the border. Earlier, the Narathiwat area was placed under a curfew from 10:15 PM yesterday until 5 AM this morning, following more than 50 incidents, including bombings, arson of government offices, and burning of tires reported in three relevant districts.
