Power of democracy gave ordinary person like me chance to become CM: Fadnavis at youth event

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis emphasized the role of India's democracy and youth during a youth event in Nagpur. He recounted his own rise from an ordinary individual to the state's highest office, crediting democracy and the strength of the country's youth. Fadnavis assured the youth of his support, detailing the government's initiatives to nurture the startup ecosystem, set up funds, and create incubation centers.

He also addressed the youth's growing interest in politics, explaining that while becoming a chief minister is challenging, it is possible due to the power of India's Constitution and democracy. Fadnavis recalled his own political journey, including a 18-day jail term at age 20, and his pride in participating in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement and witnessing the demolition of the Babri Masjid in 1992.

He also highlighted the government's efforts to support startups and the need to balance screen time for children.
