The Realme P4s 5G will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset and a HyperVision+ AI Chip, which the manufacturer describes as a dedicated gaming chip. This dual-chip architecture is highlighted as the device's primary performance advantage, positioning it as a top contender in its price category. However, this assertion remains unconfirmed by independent sources.

The display of the device will be manufactured by Samsung, utilizing M14 light-emitting material. It boasts a resolution of 1,272x2,772 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen supports peak brightness of up to 6,500 nits, comes with HDR10+ certification, and provides Netflix HDR support. Realme asserts a 26 percent boost in luminous efficiency and a 50 percent extension of screen lifespan compared to its previous panels, alongside near-lossless 2K video playback.

The phone will be powered by an 8,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. Realme claims the battery will last for up to three days on a single charge, a statement that will need to be substantiated through real-world usage tests upon device review. For imaging, the Realme P4s 5G will feature a 50-megapixel AI camera with optical image stabilization (OIS).

The device will also carry IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings, demonstrating protection against water, dust exposure, and other environmental factors across multiple testing standards.
