Zelenskyy submits picks for defense, foreign minister posts
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted nominations to the Verkhovna Rada for Yevhenii Khmara to serve as defense minister and Andrii Sybiha as foreign minister, according to posts by MPs Yaroslav Zheleznyak, Oleksii Honcharenko, and Iryna Herashchenko on Telegram on Aug. 18.
