Vivo Energy Ghana reaffirms commitment to retail excellence

Vivo Energy Ghana PLC, the Shell licensee in Ghana, has affirmed its dedication to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic partnerships following a successful Retail Conference and Awards ceremony in Accra. The conference, themed “Bigger, Bolder, Better Together,” gathered retailers from across the country, Vivo Energy’s leadership, and employees to assess the previous year’s performance, enhance collaboration, and share best practices.

Vivo Energy Ghana’s Managing Director, Mr Christian Li, praised retailers and employees for their resilience and commitment to excellence during a dynamic and volatile business environment. The conference recognized outstanding performance and aligned stakeholders on the company’s strategic priorities for the future of its retail business.

A key highlight was the Retail Awards ceremony, which honored individuals and retailers who demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. Top award winners included Michael John-Delase, MKA Delase Ventures, as Country Retailer of the Year 2025; Dr Joseph Dorph, Triple N Company Limited, as Gold Retailer 2025; Agarthina Wiafe as Best Territory Manager 2025; and Gloria Serwaa as Best Quality Marshal 2025.

The event also featured presentations on the company’s half-year performance, highlighting achievements, growth opportunities, and priorities for the second half of the year. Retailers, territory managers, and site teams were recognized for their exceptional performance in key areas, showcasing the talent and dedication within Vivo Energy Ghana’s retail operations.

Closing the conference, Retail Manager Yves-Roland Campaore encouraged continued focus on business growth, exceptional customer experiences, and upholding high standards of operational excellence.
