Women in President Donald Trump's White House have revealed the intense pressure they face to maintain a flawless "Maga perfect" image, according to anonymous staff interviewed by the Daily Mail. The beauty regimen involves daily hair blowouts, gym time, and regular Botox treatments, on top of long work hours and constant availability to the demanding president around the clock.

One "burned-out" staff member explained that the pressure becomes overwhelming when combined with personal responsibilities, leading many to leave the administration. Six women from Trump's inner circle have left their positions since January, including Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem.

Noem, in particular, became known for her "Maga" look, resembling a Barbie doll. The pressure also extends to younger aides who must constantly maintain a certain appearance to impress their boss, despite earning relatively low salaries. Some supporters argue that Trump is not forcing these women to adhere to such rigid standards, but the women themselves seem to believe that meeting these expectations is necessary to remain in the president's good graces.
