Dubai SMEs get 40% Trendyol commission discount in new e-commerce deal

Dubai's Dubai Chambers and Turkish e-commerce platform Trendyol have formed a new partnership aimed at benefiting local small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) looking to sell online. The agreement allows Dubai-based SMEs to receive a 40% discount on Trendyol's introductory commission rate for their first three months, doubling the standard 20% discount offered to all sellers. This three-month introductory discount is available to referred SMEs, who will also receive additional support during the onboarding process.

Under the new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), referred SMEs can expect dedicated homepage visibility, free advertising credit, campaign visibility, priority account management, and hands-on onboarding support. This assistance includes guidance on uploading products, ensuring SMEs have the necessary tools to successfully establish their digital presence.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, emphasized that supporting the growth and competitiveness of Dubai's SMEs remains a priority. The partnership between Dubai Chambers and Trendyol aims to strengthen the digital capabilities of these businesses, connect them with specialized platforms, and provide tailored support for sustainable growth.

By connecting SMEs with Trendyol's e-commerce infrastructure and expertise, the agreement seeks to accelerate seller onboarding, training, and overall digital growth for local companies.
