Borussia Dortmund now on the verge of €52m blockbuster double transfer

Borussia Dortmund is reportedly close to finalising a €52 million double transfer, signing PAOK Saloniki forward Giannis Konstantelias and PSV Eindhoven midfielder Joey Veerman. Konstantelias' move is already in its final stages while Dortmund prepare to activate Veerman's €22 million release clause. The 27-year-old Dutch international is expected to sign a five-year contract and undergo his medical examination on Monday.

The two signings aim to address Dortmund's need for a creative central midfielder - Konstantelias will bring dribbling and attacking ability, while Veerman will offer passing quality and deeper midfield control. If successful, the double transfer would see Dortmund commit around €52 million to two different solutions for their squad needs.
