Arsenal rout Man City in Community Shield masterclass
The Gunners took just 24 seconds to show new City boss Enzo Maresca the standard required.
Arsenal thrashed Manchester City 3-0 in the Community Shield match, signaling a powerful start to their title defense. Arteta's side scored quickly with goals from Calafiori and Havertz, then added a third from Odegaard after halftime. Youngsters Guimaraes and Tzolis impressed, contributing crucial assists. This victory, the Gunners' 18th Community Shield triumph, demonstrates their confidence as reigning champions.
City's new manager Maresca will find it challenging to narrow the gap, especially after his team's lackluster display. Arteta's team, hungry for more success after a Champions League final loss, looks set for a successful campaign.
