Valdecarros, the largest neighborhood to be built in Europe with 50,000 homes: “The first promotions will start at the beginning of 2027”

In Valdecarros they have finally seen what years ago seemed impossible. The machines have urbanized part of what will be the largest residential development in Europe and, in addition, they have seen how the cranes were working at full pace in the neighboring neighborhood of Los Berrocales building the first homes. Soon, the officials in charge of Valdecarros for the city of Madrid will see the cranes landing on their land, starting the first phase of the area where a total of 51,656 houses will be built and where more than 150,000 people will live, as many as if it were the eighth largest municipality in the region or with the same size as capitals such as Logroño, Badajoz or Salamanca.
