Ukraine urges CIS observers to skip Russian vote in occupied areas
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry warned on Aug. 13 observers from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) against visiting Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by Russia, where the aggressor state plans to illegally hold voting as part of its State Duma elections.
