General : TH RCI Findings Not Sufficient Basis For Prosecution, Says Former Judge
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 14 (Bernama) -- The findings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) cannot, by themselves, form the basis for prosecuting any individual, as further investigations are required to obtain testimony and evidence admissible in court, said former Court of Appeal judge Datuk Yaacob Md Sam.
