FCMB Raises FastCash Instant Loan Limit to ₦500,000

FCMB, First City Monument Bank, has raised the maximum amount available for its FastCash instant loan to ₦500,000, according to recent wire material. This increase provides eligible customers with more readily accessible funds for unexpected expenses and short-term financial requirements. The loan can be obtained 24/7 via the FCMB Mobile App or by calling 32911#.

FastCash does not require any collateral, paperwork, or a guarantor, making it a convenient option for customers. To be eligible, customers must have maintained an FCMB account for at least three months, and returning customers may have repayment periods extending up to 90 days. Tunji Lamidi, the Divisional Head of Personal Banking at FCMB, stated that the higher limit addresses the demand for swift access to short-term financing.

"Unexpected financial needs can arise at any moment, and today's customers expect their banks to respond just as rapidly," he explained. "By raising the FastCash limit to ₦500,000, we're enabling eligible customers to handle short-term needs through familiar channels, without the need for paperwork or visiting a branch." Customers who have not yet fully utilized their maximum eligible loan amount can also apply for a FastCash top-up, provided they remain eligible.

This enhancement to FCMB's services aligns with the bank's ongoing efforts to simplify everyday banking and credit access through digital channels.
