Dubai Run and Dubai Ride 2026 dates revealed for Fitness Challenge

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is set to return for its 10th season in October 2026. The event, launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai in 2017, will span from October 31 to November 29. It encourages residents and visitors to dedicate 30 minutes of daily physical activity throughout the month.

Key events include Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Dubai Stand-Up Paddle, and Dubai Yoga. The Dubai Ride, a car-free cycling event along Sheikh Zayed Road, will take place on November 1. There will be a 4km family-friendly route and a more challenging 12km circuit. Over 40,000 cyclists participated in 2025, a year-on-year increase from 37,130 in 2024.

Dubai Stand-Up Paddle will return to Hatta from November 7 to 8, offering stand-up paddle boarding sessions under mountainous scenery. Dubai Run, a mass-participation event, will occur on November 22, transforming Sheikh Zayed Road into a temporary running track. The 5km and 10km courses will start at 6.30am, with a finish time of 9am when the road reopens to vehicles. More than 300,000 runners participated in 2025.

Dubai Yoga will conclude the month-long challenge on November 29 at Zabeel Park. The event, suitable for all levels, aims to unite movement, mindfulness, and community. Fitness Villages and Fitness Hubs will also host additional activities and challenges throughout the month, with future locations yet to be announced.
