Argentine 'Maradona beef' is now in Singapore, from the family of the football legend

The premium Argentine Angus beef brand, created in collaboration with the family of legendary footballer Diego Maradona, is debuting in Singapore at L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. The restaurant, located in the city famed for its association with Maradona due to his time playing for Napoli, will feature the special menu until September 4.

This "Maradona beef" is a top-quality product, developed by Argentine beef producer Entre Todos in partnership with Maradona's family. The fully traceable beef comes from cows selected for superior genetics, with noticeable marbling thanks to the cows being primarily grass-fed, followed by grain feeding in later stages.

The beef is showcased in three signature dishes at the Singaporean location: Golden Boot Tartare featuring tenderloin with capers, lemon dressing and greens; World Cup Ziti Genovese, a pasta dish with slow-cooked stewed beef and onions; and Scudetto Pizza topped with carpaccio of Maradona beef tenderloin, fresh mozzarella, porcini mushrooms and truffle cream.

The dishes aim to honor Maradona's deep connection to Naples and his frequent visits to the historic L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele, where he reportedly enjoyed pizza. The Maradona beef menu is available at L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Singapore, situated at 8 Club Street, #01-08, Singapore 069472.
