Bradley Beal back with the Clippers after a season derailed by a left hip injury

On Thursday, the Los Angeles Clippers announced that star guard Bradley Beal will return to the team after being sidelined for most of the previous season due to a left hip injury. Beal, who is 33 years old, inked a new contract with the Clippers, though the specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.

During the 2022-23 NBA campaign, Beal played in just six games before tearing the ligament in his left hip on November 8. Prior to his injury, the three-time All-Star had put together a solid season, averaging 8.2 points, 1.7 assists, and 20.2 minutes per contest in six starts. Throughout his 14-year NBA career, Beal has showcased his scoring prowess, averaging 21.4 points, 4.3 assists, and 4.0 rebounds.
