Terms and Policies

The CNBC+ Service grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with the Supplemental Terms. CNBC+ offers live feeds of CNBC Content and video on demand extras. The service provides closed captioning, video description information, and other data required by law or regulation. Certain Content may not be authorized for specific geographic areas or devices.

CNBC+ Content ratings, types, genres, categories, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for determining the appropriateness of Content for themselves. The quality of Content playback depends on factors such as format, location, internet speed, bandwidth, and device used.

Use of CNBC+ is restricted to personal purposes and not permitted in public viewing spaces. Automatic skipping or deleting of advertising or promotions on recorded programs is prohibited. Downloading, sideloading, transferring, or uploading copies of Content is restricted, with exceptions for recording services within CNBC+. Users are prohibited from recording, copying, storing, rebroadcasting, retransmitting, or redistributing live or VOD Content, except through the recording services provided within CNBC+.

The CNBC+ account may have a limited number of simultaneous streams, which can change at the discretion of the service provider. Users may not scrape, repackage, reproduce, republish, recirculate, offer for sale, sell, create derivative works from, integrate into other products or services, or share with others for profit the CNBC+ Content or any data or results from the CNBC+ Services.

CNBC+ reserves the right to discontinue the service, suspend or terminate accounts, and modify or cancel services and Content at any time without prior notice. Prorated refunds may be provided for prepaid fees in case of discontinuation. The CNBC+ Services' availability and Content may change over time and may not reflect the availability throughout the entire subscription period.
