AYER KEROH: The government should consider a targeted mechanism to write off or settle National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) debts for hardcore poor and low-income borrowers who are unable to repay their loans, said PKR Youth chief Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim.
